Installation will only work with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

System requirements for Rainier Desktop installation and use:

PC with 2.0 Gigahertz (GHz) or higher processor clock speed.
Microsoft Windows Vista or 7
4 Gigabytes (GB) of RAM or higher.
10 Gigabytes (GB) of available (free) hard disk space
Broadband Connection (DSL/Cable 768 kbps or faster)
Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 or higher

Password Requirements:

The password MUST:

Contain eight characters or more
Contain characters from three of the following four character classes:
1. Lower-case alphabetic (e.g., a-z)
2. Upper-case alphabetic (e.g., A-Z)
3. Numeric (i.e. 0-9)
4. Punctuation and other characters (e.g., !@#$%^&*()_+|~-=\`{}[]:";'<>?,./)
