Unlimited technical support is included so most clients will not need to purchase any additional support hours. Some clients with complex needs or those who want Rainier staff to handle activities typically handled by clients can purchase additional support hours. Clients who want a custom website design would need to purchase additional support hours as needed. Annual Service Agreement clients receive four (4) additional support hours for free to use any way they want.
The effective price per hour declines as the number of hours purchased increases.The minimum amount of hours that you can purchase is four (4) hours.
